Enjoy the convenience of free shipping on orders under 2 KG. Whether the delivery address is within or outside Europe, our global warehouses ensure that your shipment reaches you without any shipping charges in selected countries.
Regarding Shipping
At Prime Picks, shipping is currently available across Europe,USA and Gulf Countries. It is designed according to your needs. These options may vary depending on the item you choose:
- Standard Shipping : Using our standard method, your products will arrive within 5 to 14 working days. No extra costs, no strings attached, just seamless delivery.
- Standard Shipping from International Warehouses: For products located outside Europe, expect the shipment to arrive within 15-20 days of the shipping company receiving the items.
Points to Consider
- Business days do not include weekends, although some areas may see deliveries on Saturdays.
- Certain items may not qualify for express shipping due to factors such as size, weight, quantities, delivery address, or seller restrictions.
- Express shipping fees are calculated on a "per order" basis, inclusive of shipping costs, order processing, item selection, and packaging. These charges only apply to items that use these shipping speeds.

Dealing with Shipping Issues
In the event of defective or incorrect shipments, we place great importance on your satisfaction. By submitting a ticket via email, specify details and provide illustrative images. We will deal with your problem within 48 hours. This may involve replacing products, and ensuring that you receive the correct items as soon as possible.
If you are unable to receive your shipment within 5 days, our shipping partners will hold the shipment. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will store it for 7 days. A small fee of €15 will be charged for returns, in addition to other delivery fees.
Dealing with Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver on our commitments, but delays may sometimes occur. In such cases, we believe in compensating our valued customers. If your shipment is delayed, you will receive a voucher worth €5 in your wallet, valid for 30 days.
Return and Exchange Policy
General Conditions
- The return period is 1 day, and the exchange period is 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, with all its accessories, in its original packaging, and unused or unopened.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products opened without proving a manufacturing defect.
- Mobile devices, tablets, smartwatches, and certain electronic items.
Shipping Fees for Returns and Exchanges
- The customer bears the cost of shipping in case of exchange or refund, including items under free shipping promotions.
Refund Process
Refunds for orders canceled before shipping will be processed within 7 to 21 business days after deducting applicable fees.
